About Community Development Services (CDS)

Empowering individuals to thrive in their communities.

Our CDS provides individual centered programs by utilizing com-munity resources, we provide individuals with varieties of meaningful activities of their choice in the community. Through our CDS program, individuals are able to connect with communi-ty resources that will support them in living fulfilled lives, while being integrated into the community.

Our programs are designed to support individuals in becoming successful in their community based ac-tivities. Our goal is to support individuals in becoming comfortably active in their communities, while improving their so-cial skills, communication skills, and most of it all their self advocacy skills.

Our CDS Activities

At CDS, we offer a variety of engaging and meaningful activities designed to support personal growth, social connection, and community participation. Some of our regular activities include:

    Join us for cooking classes, gardening sessions, movie outings, and shopping trips.
