Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is being guided by the strong conviction that individuals with developmental disabilities deserve the right to choose how they live their lives, as DDA ap-proved agency. It's our task to ensure that the individuals supported are afforded the dignity of risk and self-determination so that they can make their own choices.

Our Nursing Support Services

We provide nursing support services in the following areas:

  • Health Case Management
  • Case Management and Delegation
  • Nursing Consultation

Community Development Services

Our CDS provides individual centered programs by utilizing com-munity resources, we provide individuals with varieties of meaningful activities of their choice in the community. Through our CDS program, individuals are able to connect with communi-ty resources that will support them in living fulfilled lives, while being integrated into the community. Our programs are designed to support individuals in becoming successful in their community based ac-tivities. Our goal is to support individuals in becoming comfortably active in their communities, while improving their so-cial skills, communication skills, and most of it all their self advocacy skills.

Personal Support

Our personal support service offers home-based services to support both children and adult individuals in their homes encouraging community life. We assist and support individuals in en-gaging in activities where they learn their desired skills to promote independence. We provide 24 hours sup-port and emergency assistance.

Respite Care

Hourly and daily respite care for children and adult in a safe and clean environment under the supervision of experienced staff members.

Community Living Group Home

We Provide conducive private rooms accommodation for individuals with developmental disabilities, in safe communities, while promoting high level of independence that enhance community participation and integration, allowing individuals to exercise choice and control over their lifestyles. Individuals are supported and supervised by well mannered, trained and experienced staff members.

Supported Living Service

We deliver quality support and services to individuals in the comfort of their homes, with them making their own decisions on how they want to live their lives. Our supported living services support individuals in promoting their independence and participation in community activities of their choice.

Transportation Service

Our transportation service is aimed at giving individuals more access to their communities. Individuals can schedule our transport service for their community outings, shopping, church program, Doctors’ appointments etc. Our vehicles have comprehensive auto insurance coverage which covers all occupants of our vehicles.
